Family is our first priority. We (Seth & Karyn) have been married since 2002 and together run our small business. Seth operates the services and inspections and is the one you will see on-site, while Karyn works behind the scenes caring for accounting and support. Working together we keep our small business costs down to provide the best prices for you.
Origin Story
What does FAST-IR mean? Father And Son Thermography Infra Red. Established in 2010. Rick (Father) and Seth (Son) had the idea of providing services in residential home efficiency. Our business has grown over the years to incoporate HVAC maintenance and fire safety for businesses and residences.
A little About Us
We are both Colorado natives, raised in Lakewood and Arvada, and now proud to call Pine Colorado home. Life in the mountains suits us well—whether we’re out on a hike, doing a little fishing, camping with friends or simply enjoying a good fire and a few laughs.
